Working in partnership with Bang and Olufsen UK, our multi-room smart AV solution for Harrods Aviation Luton was a culmination of everything that matters to us as a business. Creating customer-focussed, reliable and feature-rich technology systems for the most discerning of clientele and adopting industry-leading AV and controls products from market leaders such as Bang and Olufsen and Control4 to deliver the best user experience.

We deployed an integrated array of premium active and passive B&O speakers along with OLED Smart TVs, managed by a centralised media processing and distribution system. Technology components were brought together into a single manageable system using portable Control4 HD touch screen. This made the general operation of the system and the selection of media content easy for staff and users.

The entire environment is managed remotely from our network operations centre in Bournemouth with support available 24x7x365 from our team of experts under our “Smart Cover” maintenance service.
